Privacy statement

Who we are

This statement covers the website www.slipstreamdev.io. It is run by Slipstream Development, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42157958. For anything about your privacy, email info@slipstreamdev.io.

Visiting this website

This site uses no cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising. Fonts and images come from our own server, not from third parties.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details (such as the page and your browser) to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Its technical logs are kept for a few days.

The contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address and message by email. We use them only to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages you send us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person, not a bot. We also count messages per IP address for one minute to limit abuse. That count is then discarded.

We keep your message and our replies as long as we need them to help you, and delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Who else sees your data

Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the spam check and delivers form messages to our mailbox, which is hosted by an email provider. Both act on our behalf. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU's standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email info@slipstreamdev.io and we'll respond within a month.

If you think we're handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If we change this statement, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
